Kids’ Yoga Classes are vibrant, interactive, and fun-filled sessions designed to captivate young minds and bodies. These classes take children on imaginative adventures, weaving storytelling, singing, dancing, and games into the practice. Through playful exploration, kids learn foundational yoga poses, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Drop off your kiddos for an hour while you run errands or do some grocery shopping next door! Roxie will keep them busy with movement and fun.
