A chill postpartum class for you and your babe.

Join a laid back class where you can bring your baby and connect with other parents in your community. In the first part of class we discuss postpartum topics, tips, and support. The second part includes guided stretching and yoga movement. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newly born to crawling age - and we now have a play-yard for the crawlers to hang out in!

It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.
